Come See Our Campus Today!
The vision (and essentially the mission) of CCA is to provide a Christ-centered education instilling a passion for wisdom and truth. We live this out daily through our curriculum, our teachers, the partnership we establish with our parents and serving others. We choose curriculum that is enriched with scripture and connections to the world our Lord created. Students are taught that all content areas are interrelated and not separate entities. We strive for our students to learn by digging deep in their studies and use the amazing mind they were given.
Our teachers read scripture and pray in every class at CCA from starting of the day, during discipline opportunities, and in academics. Our students learn to think critically from having tough discussions with their teachers and classmates over classic literature. They have the Word buried in their hearts as they recite scripture and sing songs at memory work time.
The bible states in Ephesians 6:4 “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” At CCA our desire is to come along side parents in the educational journey and support what they instill at home. We teach repentance and redemption as part of God’s disciplining us as his children. We are called to raise a generation of students to know who they are and whose they are. We are called to raise a generation of students who can speak well and represent themselves in a manner worthy of their Creator.
Students also serve others in our community each semester. Some of these experiences have been to collect non-perishable foods for the Food Bank and pet supplies for the Humane Society. We have also had students chose to write and send letters to residents in nursing homes in town and collect toys for the Cheer Shop.
Some of our strengths include an environment that embraces a biblical worldview, small class sizes (no more than 14 to 15 in a class), teachers who take time to mentor their students both spiritually and emotionally, and strong parental support. These things all work together to make each child a strong, compassionate human being who is ready to serve the Lord as an adult.
Additionally, CCA is currently in its 5th year of operation and will have its first graduate in May 2020.
