My name is Austin Hampton. I was born and raised here in Moultrie, Georgia in a great
Christian home. I have been passionate about music since I was a child and took piano lessons starting at the age of 8 and guitar lessons starting at the age of 11. Through high school, I was in the Acapella Choir, the Serenaders, and the Senior Men’s group as well as performing in Aida, Shrek, and Phantom of the Opera. I went to Toccoa Falls College for 4 years, 3 of which I was a music performance major. I then started my journey in worship ministry leading worship at a church in Seneca, SC, and then returning back to Moultrie to lead at another church. It was then that God began to move in my life and show me that he wanted me to teach and pursue a
degree in education. As I continue my schooling in pursuit of my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, I have been blessed by this opportunity here at CCA to teach students about music and physical education!
