Josh Myrick

Mr. Myrick has nearly 20 years of teaching experience and 16 years of service as a pastor. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for education. He states, “I firmly believe that learning should be an enriching and joyful experience.” He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Baptist College of Florida and a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Since 2017 Mr. Myrick has been an integral part of the CCA community, serving in
roles from Dean to Athletic Director to various teaching positions. He is a firm believer that both math and science have the potential to be engaging and enjoyable for all students. These subjects allow us to appreciate the order of the world created by God and equip us with
essential skills to analyze and solve various problems in life. Beyond academic success, his goal for students is to guide them in developing strong character and a passion for advancing God's kingdom. Mr. Myrick is a gifted coach and is currently coaching volleyball, basketball and tennis.
